Folder Header and Auto Zoom… UGH!

Omni G’day

When I’m in “Auto Track Zoom” and I save a project with "Folder Headers" diminished in size. Then save/reopen, folder headers are expanded to the extent that about 10 or so headers will nearly fill my 28-monitor screen. It only happens on some and not all projects so I’m hoping this a setting I’ve missed.

Ideas anyone?

No. It happens to me too even with auto zoom turned off. It's a cool idea but as with lanes it needs some refining. I also don't like how it makes the screen jump around like a freak. I like things to stay where they are.... yanno, cause that's the part I'm actually working on!

Anyway, I'm just grumpy tonight so figured I might as well crab up this thread too.

I doubt it’s a "feature" because it only happens on some projects, not all.
Not 100% sure but I thing the infected projects started of in Sonar 8.5.3

@ Beep how can you see it as cool idea? Personally I close a project the way I want it to open and Yes!  screen jumping around like a freak here too as if it can’t decide where it wants to settle in.  and stop being grumpy, plenty of time for that when you become an old fart

The only way to fix this is to right click on Folder header and select delete folders keep the track of cause, then open new folder and place tracks into that.

    Ridiculous.
