X2 MCU Users and X2 d8b/D8Bridge Users: SELECT Button Behavior?

I'm trying to confirm X2/X2a GUI behavior for the SELECT buttons on both the Mackie MCU and the Mackie d8b + D8Bridge control surfaces. Since installing X2 and X2a my control surface (Mackie d8b + D8Bridge) SELECT buttons no longer highlight/select the corresponding track on the Sonar X2/X2a GUI. The VFD display on my control surface does momentarily report the full track name corresponding to the SELECT button track, but there's no indication in the Sonar X2/X2a GUI that the track has been selected. I'm nearly certain that the control surface SELECT buttons highlighted/selected the corresponding track in Sonar Producer 8.5.3. If you're using either the Mackie MCU or the Mackie d8b + D8Bridge control surface with X2/X2a, would you please post your Sonar X2's/X2a's GUI behavior in response to a SELECT button press on your control surface. I'd like to know whether this is peculiar to my rig or if other users are experiencing the same issue. Thank you!

Bump.  Anybody using either an MCU or Mackie d8b + BluAudio D8Bridge on X2 or X2a who can respond to this?  Control surface SELECT buttons - do they work in X2 or X2a?  I've seen one confirmation for MCU.  Thanks.

bitSync,

My MCU Pro functions as expected with Sonar X2a running windows 7 64 bit. I press the select button on the MCU and the appropriate track in Sonar is selected.

@JSGlen,

Thank you very much for the reply.  I have a similar report from another MCU X2a user, so there's something going on with the BluAudio D8Bridge interface that is not consistent with the way the standard MCU interface operates.  It seems that something changed from 8.5.3 to X2a that doesn't affect the Sonar/MCU interface but that does adversely affect the Sonar/D8Bridge interface.  Your reply has been extremely helpful.  Best regards.
