Sonar 8.5 Corrupt File

Sonar 8.5 decided it was going to corrupt a file. The sound looped as the program crashed. I had to restart my computer to get the sound to stop. Luckily I had a backup.

I thought my memory might be bad cause a similar thing happened to an after effects file. I had to replace the hard drive. I did a windows 7 memory check and the memory seems ok. I'm thinking it could be a bunch of different issues. Could be windows 7 doesn't like my soundcard. (Roland vs-100)Another bad hard drive. Windows is not configured correctly. Something is wrong with the mother board.....ect. Anyone have any ideas? Maybe know of some tests I can do to rule out some issues? I'm a little hesitant to run the file on a different hard drive, considering I had similar issues on a completely different hard drive with a different program. (After Effects)
