Animated avatars!

I'm currently using Firefox 99% percent of the time now and noticed that some of our distinguised forum members have animated avatars, which I never saw in IE.

How did you guys get animation?

    If you have adobe photoshop you can use the layers in adobe imageready to make an animation.
