what's with all the new questions?

you'd think there'd never been a update of P5 before?

once this thing gets released i fully expect a lot of questions, for which i will be most grateful otherwise i'm sure i'll keep using it the same old way -- even if there are a ton of new features

but for now the comparison with nnn has been pretty thoroughly covered
but who wants to wager a T-shirt that we'll get a bunch of the same questions next week -- once we hit April

Just wait for when they announce the upgrade pricing. That'll be a few days you'll want to batten down the hatches...

Here's a question - my Echo Indigo card appears to have blown. Is this God's way of telling me I should buy the I/O version so that I've got a decent input for version 2's audio recording?!

You and me both. In the meantime, I think that I'm going to try out that somewhat unusual "sleep" concept that everyone raves about. I might need it ...

I bought the low end -- no input version of the Echo Indigo card as well thinking I'd never need inputs esp. since my favorite host app didn't even record.

I too have been thinking about the new questions especially with the music stores blowing out the old version and lots of newcomers jumpin' on "board", which is P5kool BTW. In the time since I left the Sonar forum and came here I have had tons of fun and learned a great deal. I would like to impart that this forum is very unusual in its respect for others and their questions. On many a forums you get "DO A SEARCH", very rarely is that the case here. As a matter of fact, it is frowned upon.
We soon, will all be newbies mucking and lurking about this forum. Even though we speak to each other through the ethers of the internet, we still speak to each other. Some of the greatest knowledge to be gained is from other individuals and willing participants.
Human interaction is an excellent learning source because on the way to learning a particular store of information you also get to learn about other people and yourself w/in the context of the whole situation. So when we feel like screamin' "DO A Search", perhaps we should search ourselves first. GP RIP

Once you run with a joke you never come back. I'll be sad on the day when they actually give the public our shirts. I'll right a book it, it will be called: "The Day the Bad Project 5 T-shirt Jokes Stopped: The day our nation wept."

I'm dismayed to learn some of you might actually be joking about the t-shirt issue.

    yeah...listen up n00bs!

The T-Shirt is a sacred subject 'round these parts. We don't take kindly to folk mocking these highly treasured rarities of cotton fabric!

This is nothing to joke about!!!
