Second most irritating forum expression...

Continuing on with the discussion, to refresh I had opined about the idiocy associated with the forum slang "Dunno". Here's my second, "WooHoo" (and its related spellings). How about some creative writing incorporating both of these terms, such that would make the Stoners and Dirtbag convention attendees proud. (With all acknowledgement to David Spade)

Here's mine: "WooHoo, just ordered P5 for $99, but Dunno when it will get here."

    i don't get it
did Rick McNabb just order P5 for $99

is this all just some sideways promotion of the $99 P5 for Sonar users offer
(that is a heck of a deal)

    i, for one, dunno

    moderator move this thread off-topic
more than any other thread topic i find threads that reference behavior on the forum to be the most irritating
how does that promote or focus on what P5 can or should do?

Good. The fake nice guy posturing around these forums needs to be shaken up from time to time IMO. In the meantime, I would agree it's OT, and I should have titled it as such. Sorry about that. But that being said I've seen a lot of sillier OTs on the P5 board.

Posturing? Hardly. My friends that I've spoken with here will tell you that WYSIWYG. I don't put on any airs online or in person. A boiling point? Most certainly. It's something that I've been working on all my life. I've managed to push that to a rather high level, but nonetheless it's always there in reserve. Once the dust settles, it goes away. It's just before that happens that proves to be problematic.

Everyone has an opinion here, Rick, and the right to exercise it. Just don't expect that it will slip by without a reaction of some sort. As a rule, I don't usually drink alcohol, but you & I need to go have some drinks in person at some point in time. What do you say?
