    It is most often a windows write file.

    You should be able to open it in word pad

    Bet they're for AudioSnap. It looks like there's a WTR file for each audio file. I deleted the WTR file and noticed when enabling AS for that clip in Sonar, there were no transients markers.

    It's all greek to me...

    But on the subject of 3-letter file extensions, the one that seems to get most mentions in the forum is the WTF file. Don't know what it is, but people sure don't seem to like it much...

    Oh yeah, WTF files are very common in here. But I get bad karma whenever I see them, don't understand why .
