trackfolder question

hi there

any idea how to bring the trackfolders to highlight in the 'name area' just like the midi or audio strips do? if they are selected they stay unchanged in my set-up.

thx

I'm not sure what you are asking? Please restate it.

Clicking the name area doesn't highlight it? I thought it did.

mouse clicking into the miditrack-number highlights the background of a trackname-view from black to light-blue as in the same time 4 little white (angle) markers appear aound the field. Trackfolders have no such numbers and i guess thats the reason why they don't highlight the background.

There is a shortcut for opening or closing a trackfolder --> Open/Close current Track Folder (ALT+SHIFT+H) you will find in the Track view keyboard shortcuts
So for example: by having five unopened trackfolders in the track pane is it hard to find out where to navigate and use the shortcut to open. in german i could bette describe, sorry...

No, you can't tell which folder is selected (except for the Input Echo button that gets half lit when the folder selected contains a MIDI track). But I just click the desired folder and hit a keyboard short for opening/closing the folder (not the default ALT+SHIFT+H because it's not easy to press -- I assigned the command to Alt+F) and it works fine.

Yes, I was wrong. You only get the little corner highlights.
