tracking a thread

I posted a thread about a month ago and can't seem to find it--is there an easy way to track response?
Thanks

While viewing this thread, click on your profile name to the left of what you posted (not your user control panel). Your user name is the name that appears above the Avatar square and the "New Member" rank.

If you see a drop down window the moment your curser highlights your user name, don't click on the choices below, but keep your curser on your user name and click that.

You will see a page come up that includes two tabs: Recent Threads and Recent Posts for your user name. That is a quick way to track what you have posted or viewed on any part of the forum. I noticed right off that you have also posted comments in August in the Sonar board of the forum.

    Hope this helps.

In the User Control Panel you can edit your profile to provide an email address and also elect to automatically be subscribed to any thread you post to.  Along with the subscription you get options on when and how often you get notified of postings to that thread.
