tracks out of alignment

I have a midi track for vibes and a midi track for percussion...........they do not "sync" I.e quarter notes for each track show identical start times and values but the playback is not aligned one track to another

    Hi. For instruments with a slow attack time, I usually move the start time a little earlier (1/32 of a beat, as an example).
