transferring sonar preferences

Hi there, being blind, I'm still using sonar eight point five as next versions haven't been adapted for screen readers. Here is my question, I'm changing from Windows XP home to Windows 7 home 64-bit. I would like sonar to behave exactly the same as before, what is the quickest way and is there a way to migrate all preferences at once? Cheers,

You'll find that when you open old projects or your templates that most features will be retained. The parts I can think of that always have to be re set are the Audio, MIDI and Global Options. I don't believe there is any way to change that or save it. A fresh install will re set to default settings, and Sonar will re- evaluate your new computer and optimize the audio settings.

I would take screen shots of all those menu's and put them on a USB stick.

I had no issues upgrading myself. Just a few warnings from 32 bit plug ins saying that things could sound different.
