transport doesn't stop at end of song??

can someone tell me why the transport is carriyng on at the end of my songs,i'm affraid that when i export my finished song it will have loads of blank space at the end...........cheers

    Go to Options>Global>General Tab and make sure Stop at Project End is checked.

    You can also go in and drag your time line, so that just the info you want will be exported.
    Even though I have my setup to stop at end of play I still highlight the time line so I only get
    the data I have selected.
