transport track of reason 4 in rewire mode

Hi,
I'm using sonar 6 pe to rewire with reason, and I recently purchased reason 4 - the new version, that comes with a transport track that lets you change the tempo and time signature through reason during the song.

Now... It would save me a lot of effort if I could let reason be the master in the tempo and time signature in rewire mode with sonar.

Otherwise, I would have to either export the reason song as audio (which sucks if i want to make adjustments in the song during work) or duplicate the tempo and time signature settings to sonar (which sucks obviously).

Is there a way to do so?

Thanks!

    In a word, No!

And its Reason's problem not Sonar's.

    Why is it reason's problem?
Can sonar even be a slave of a rewire device in tempo matters?

reason goes into slave mode when it's opened to use as a vst or just generally rewired , regardless of the host.. syncs the tempo to the host app.

    also the way rewire works..

edit : although saying that I've never tried rewiring P5 and sonar together.. wonder if it supports tempo changes in song.

It could if it could recieve Midi Time Code back from Reason. But sending Midi stuff to Reason is virtually a one way ticket, nothing comes back outta Reason.

The only thing I HAVEN'T tried with this issue is perhaps inserting a Series of Tempos and then try to record them in the Reason transport, may be worth a try.

I think it can work, but it doesn't help much because then I'll have duplicated tempos and I can forget to change one of them later etc. etc.
