ua-25ex help

im experiencing alot of crackling in the right speaker when im plugged into the ua25ex interface. but if i plug directly to the computer i dont hear it. i downloaded the drivers again and installed them but im not sure what else to do. also when i playback the music i recorded it has a stutter. this is wheather im plugged into the computer or the interface. please help.

ua25ex/sonar 7 producer edition/windows vista 64 bit edition/hp pavilion dv5-1125nr entertainment notebook pc

    Go to option-audio-advanced tap's driver mode and try different mode. (ASIO or Wasapi) See which one works. If you use ASIO mode, make sure you switch on to advance driver at the back of UA25ex. Then go to option-audio's-general tap-ASIO panel to try different latency settings.
