upgrade price X1 to X2?

Dear all,
 
I'm thinking about upgrading from X1 producer to X2. When I look in my store account it says that my next upgrade (to X2) will cost me €399.
 
However, there is also an upgrade (from X1 producer) which costs €119?
 
Which one is the correct one? Maybe this is a bit of a stupid qeustion, but I want to make sure I got the right upgrade :)

    The upgrade from X1 Producer to X2 Producer is 119.
