vocals speed up...

hi everyone...ive had a few problems with music creator so far and you guys have helped me each time...now, however, i notice that my vocals start out with the instrumentals, but as the track progresses during playback, my vocals have sped up and by the end the lyrics are WAAAAY out ahead of the beat...any idea what causes this?

thanks,
stof...

    Is it a USB mic?
The sampling rate and bit depth of MC are probably set to 44,100 Hz @ 16-bit. What are your sound card's sampling rate and bit depth? Whatever they are, they have to be the same as MC's.

Go to the Control Panel on your computer and open the Sounds and Audio Devices file. Click around in there until you find what the settings are and change them to match MC, or change the settings in MC to match the sound card.
That's ^ a general instruction. Exactly how to get to the sound card's panel depends on your operating system and sound card.
In Win 7 with a RealTek, it's Control Panel>RealTek HD Audio.
