vstworld.com anyone heard of it?

I was just wasting time on ebay, and searched "vst plugins". 90% of the hits returned some seemingly b.s. dvd plugins, but one in particular caught my attention. The picture on the sales page shows a Cubase SX3 box, and after visiting the seller's website, he/she is selling software programs and vst's, etc. for unheard of prices. $15 for Cubase SX3. Nuendo, Wavelab and so on.... Has anyone else ever seen this site? How can they sell something so cheap? I can't help but be skeptical, so I thought i'd throw this post up and see if anyone has had experience with vstworld.com

They're cracked/hacked copies of the software...
No one would sell a legitimate copy of Sonar/Cubase/etc ($300-$800 programs) for $15.
    Common sense says run...

Oh for sure. I wouldn't think of buying that stuff. It does make me wonder how he can get away with selling bootleg software.....
