v-vocal changed via midi. is this possible..

Hi, been using sonar since 7 upto x1. Is the following possible.
say ive got a recording(wave) of say someone singing a single note for a few seconds.
could v-vocal be somehow used so if i record various midi notes to a seprate track it would change the singing part.
i know i could go into v-vocal and manualy draw the notes but if i could change it via the new midi parts that would be great.

    I don't think so but Voice Machine can and is way cool

    g snap will. don't think v vocal can do midi. only audio. maybe after a bouce to track or clip.
