weird disappearing bug
I laid down a drum loop with Ugo's Ironhead drum synth and put studioverb on it. No problems. I laid down a couple of audio loop bass lines and then dropped Terretec's Komplexer into the project. At this point my CPU meter went to %100 and the sound distorted and would sometimes play back slow.
It seemed to be Ironhead - I froze the synth but had to restart the program to get the %100 to go away. When I need to extend the drums I unfroze and immediately hit %100 again. I fussed around with it but that seemed to always happen at some ill-defined point.
Today I was working on the song some more and the project seemed to unstick. I was expecting it to but it hasn't gone back to %100 and the :10 like distortion ;-)
Anyone have anyt problem similiar to this? I mean, it seems to be gone now and I'm adding more tracks and the project is running at only %10.
I've got Vista running on an AMD 2 X 4800 (it is a standard HP).
