weird file opening bug

this one's driving me crazy.

i do a lot of work with type-1 midi files. i've got all my associations set so that they are defaulted to sonar (v4.0.2)

when i double-click one, it launches sonar and opens the file. no problem.

however, if sonar is already running, when i double-click the file, the sonar app comes forward (gains focus) but the file doesn't open.

i had this prob back in v1, and it went away when i upgraded to 4. a new computer and a new install, and it's back.

any ideas? i'm pulling out (what's left of) my hair.

Under options/general/ make sure the "Allow Only One Open Project At A Time" option is unchecked.
    That may fix it.

    Good Luck.

You can always use SONAR's File | Open.

    Keyfuzz
