what is the procedure to move sonar producer 8.5 to another computer?

Hello, I have Sonar 8.5 Producer edition in the box with the DVD's. I have the serial number and the registration code. It's currently installed on a desktop computer. I want to use it on my new notebook computer instead (Windows 7). I think I'm supposed to do this: 1) Find some sort of "uninstall" button on the desktop computer and run through those steps 2) Install the DVD's onto the new computer. 3) Since I already have the serial number and registration code, I probably have all the information I need to activate it on the new Windows 7 computer. 4) The DVD's have the 32 bit and 64 bit editions on them I believe. Since the new computer is a multicore Windows 7 machine, I should select the 64 bit installation on the DVD. Did I outline the procedure correctly? I'm not worried too much about migrating files, plugins and presets. Just looking to do a clean install on the new machine and worry about file migration later. Thanks for any insights on this.
