where to get $99 X3 Producer loyalty upgrade

Hello All-
 
Where can I get the X2 to X3 producer loyalty upgrade?
 
I went to the cake store, but I only see the upgrade for $149, not $99. I understand the offer is good until the end of March.

    I got a card in the mail for the offer and a link to go to...but mine was for $149 for 7pe to X3

    Yes this is done via an e mail. It's sort of a perk for signing up for the newsletters, well worth it.  I saved $50 off Studio that way. If you haven't already sign up.
