in the ACHB, you've got everyone playing instruments they say the can't play--except Bapu.  Are you saying he can't play bass?   Just curious.

Hush Jan,  I don't think anyone else noticed...

I did, and we are safe with that line up as long as we don't do anything in Am.  Bapu may well outshine all of us under those circumstances.

That works for me.  I'll start practicing in Am, too.  I guess I'd better run down to the "99 Cents" store to get a guitar and a practice amp.

Hey hey,  no expensive gear, that would ruin the concept of the banned...

I know.  That's why I'm going to the 99c store.  I have my eye on a Wyle E. Coyote autographed model from Acme.

I was concirned you might spend the whole 99c then weed have nothin left for advertising marketing beer becan

Karyn, are there any spots to fill.? (oh please, oh please, oh please) I play a simply evil triangle in a goth band comprised of burned out rockers. JIm Morrison used to own the actual triangle I use. The triangle is tuned to Am.

Yeah, I'll take on the bass.  How hard can it be?

John - you don't get it- in the AHCB we play the things we CAN'T play!  if you play a mean triangle then you CAN'T play that in the AHCB!!!

Karyn - let him play banjo.  that should be fitting for someone who fixes amps!

The triangle sounds very temping,  we could use it for marketing...

However,  we could use a brass section.  How's your saxamafone playing?

Yeah, sorry Beag.  Dint notice.  You should bark louder.

Maybe John can alternate between sax and banjo as approppriate?   (Baker Street: featuring John on banjo)

Great! I'm simply horrible on sax and can't pick up a banjo without getting horrible flashbacks. It's nice to belong.

Baker Street

I can't help smiling every time I see the Cakewalk - Baker link.

I wonder sometimes if I'm the only one that gets it.

I swear I crack a rib everytime it comes up.

Cakewalk - Baker Street.....see?  It's particularly hilarious that one.

I can't play the live eels.

Dead ones?  Sure!  I can play those like crazy (no insult to legitimately crazy people intended).

I never got the hang of playing the live ones.  Granted, I plug them in and spasm around on the stage, but I have absolutely no control.  To prevent unexpected accidents, I've taken the precaution of wearing industrial strength undershreddies.

I guess it's not much different from a guitar.

I can't play that either.
