Why would you want to? WMA is a compressed audio format for storage and transfer, Wave audio is a 1:1 format, not compression or loss of wave data. Once a wave file is compressed the compressed for "removed" wave signal can not be replaced, readded, regained, reanythinged it is gone, so it will not sound any different. Use this illustration, take a tall pine tree and run it thru a saw mill, mill it down plane it sand it and make a desk out of it, can you run it thru a tree maker and make a tree out of it again? Me thinks not, it is now a desk! You could make firewood out of it.
