www.JRRSHOP.com is down?

I bought something from jrrshop.com a few days ago, and are awating my serial number. 
 
now, when I try to go to the site, it just says "the site is not available". 
Has it been hacked or something?

    So, I still haven't received my license key... 
     
    Anyone have experience with buying a educational license from any of these online retailers? (I study part-time, or try to do...)
    JRRSHOP sent me a link 3 days ago (Sunday actually)

    But that clearly states:

    So, after that JRR has been completely silent. And do not answer my emails anymore either....

    He's on KVR as Uncle E. He would sort it if you 'pm' him. Sometimes the email route does struggle.

    if your in the USA give the shop a call.
     
    I had to call a few times with my last order as something got messed up, it got sorted out and they were apologetic but it took me being proactive and calling to get action.

    Yep, called them now (LA is about 9 hours behind, as I'm in Norway...) so they are trying to sort it out. Seems the educational licence was a bit of a pain for them

    One week after buying the Sonar X3 Studio I still haven't received my serial number... 
     
     
    Any my X3 trial is about to be expired....

    Serial number received a few days ago (I've been busy playing with Sonar... ) 
     
    JRRSHOP delivered and can be absolutely reccomended, they gave a nice little threat also since it did go a few extra days (there was a mismatch between what their Cakewalk distributor said and what the actual product was delivered) 
     
    Now - back to playing! 
    That X3 stuff is quite some, aye?

    Sonar X3 is goooooooood.  I have Sonar X3 Pro and it's a great release by Cakewalk.
     
    Glad JRRShop got it all sorted out for ya.  good store with some great pricing.
