x2 automation copy question

x2 automation copy question

What I would like to do seems simple enough... I have an instance of dimension pro loaded, and I drew some automation on a lane assigned to bitred01. I want to copy that lane to bitred02 so they mirror each other.  all I can figure is inserting another instance of DP, copying the automation to the second instance, reassigning the lane to bitred02, then copying that lane of automation back to the original instance of DP.  Seems like there must be an easier way... Any workarounds/am I missing something????

    hmmm... have a better workaround now. highlight bitred01 automation lane. copy. reassign bitred01 to bitred02. paste. better. still the minor issue that when an automation curve is reassigned to another parameter using right click the dropdown in the automation lane does not automatically change to reflect the new parameter mapping. will raise another problem report.
