z3ta+2 bank change using keyboard contoller

I can only change programs by assigning buttons on  my Oxgen 49 controller in the bank in use.
I know how to assign patch, LSB(CC32) and MSB (CC0) within the controller but cannot relate this to bank changes within the Z3TA+ synth.
I have tried searching for the answer so any help would be much appreciated.

    From the manual, located in the documentation folder of your Z3ta+ installation, Page 41 onwards deals with this matter.  It is a subject that irritates me as I have yet found away with most software synths to embed bank changes the same way as I can with my hardware synths.

    If you find a solution I would be interested in hearing how you achieved it.

    Z3ta+ 2 does not respond to MIDI Program & Bank messages, nor does Rapture Pro/Session; though the latter does, but puts the synth engine in a weird very low volume useless sound generating mode.
