z3ta+ won't browse patches anymore

I had z3ta+ 1.5.3 installed with Sonar 6 and everything was working fine, but after upgrading to S7 it won't open up its patch folder when I choose "Browse Programs..." anymore.

Is there some setting to fix this I'm just not seeing, or has some registry setting been nerfed or something?
