zoom stuck on

another question: I zoomed into a track & it shows a small + & - in the cursor & I can't find out how to clear it away. Thanks!

    One more question (I'm new here) - I like the track layers feature...it doesn't look like there's a way to archive some layers - just the entire track. Is that true? Thanks for reading.

    If this is the same situation I sometimes got into, you can press the letter 't' or you can select the 'star' on the smart tool box to get back to normal.

    That could be offset mode and pressing "o" will turn it off or on.

    Zooming the track is simple just double click the track header.To unzoom repeat.

    The zoom tool is just another tool like the smart tool, draw tool, move tool etc. It just doesn't have an icon in the tool bar or HUD. So it's a mode that will stick until you change tools. Pressing f5 gets you back to the smart tool.

    If you want to use it briefly press and hold the Z key, then when you release you're back to whichever tool you were last using.

    Scrub tool is another one without its own tool bar or HUD icon BTW.

    That is correct, though you can mute them
