You'd better leave Stevie's little girl alone.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VQsqRBCXiuw

+1   Stevie has a lot of soulful footage. The "live from the el macombo" video is exceptional. From what I've heard, he didn't even remember that night - not because it was one of many but because he was so baked at the time. Even then - he had a ton of soul!

Yeah I have that dvd.  It is just phenomenal!  I've never seen an artist put so much of himself into a performance like that.

This isn't the most passionate music I have ever heard, but it does pay sincere homage to a simple melody and breathes life into the motif with verve and commitment:

Plus I think I have a crush on the drummer.... she's like the Charlene Watts of Irish Trad.

I don't have a crush I think I'm in love with Andrea.
edit: Dang just found out she's married now.

My brother and sister and I sang together for years when we were younger.

Okay here's my current favorite artist.
Don't know about most passionate music but I found her style extremely refreshing.

The videos with these get a little tiring on the eyes after a few plays, but I just closed mine while she sang.

This one of her's made me have to laugh.

Wow - great stuff, really takes it back to the roots.  Great songs, great hooks, brutally honest production - and a great R&B voice.  Real people playing real music - what a concept!!!!

Nice......

I love a good tune.

Seeing that big guy playing the tiniest little, headless ukulele I've ever seen cracks me up.

This is what prince should stick to for his performing.
Check out his break at the end.

Yep!  Wild, yet tasteful.  All the bones were there, many done in a fashion George probably didn't think of.

I remember reading how Prince went out for that Superbowl half-time show a few years ago and his guitar was out of tune by half-a-step but he just went with it, made adjustments and no knew until afterwards.  He does have some talent!
