This is a bug and should be moved into problem reports 
 
It only works on the monitor where the track view is placed....! (checked with VST2).

I agree with it being a bug. There are a few treads here with people who has the same issue as mentioned in this tread. I haven' t heard whether or not this has reached the bakers. One can only hope.
