Bhav,

Seriously bummed here about your condition.

Excessive biological pressure in the Allah created compartments does damage when things can't flow into the adjacent area or can't be equalized across the system.

Two advices please to consider.

Lower salt in the diet to reduce compartmentalized swelling and damage.

As unpopular as it has been here in the past, the yoga asanas are a life raft you need, and need now.

Flexibility and redistribution of fluid buildups will happen with your effort of a few minutes a couple times a day. If damage is not permanent, resolution and healing will happen over about a month. Got fixes for the vertigo as well if not flamed into the pit for what is not cool.

John

Tbh the vertigo is much less of an issue now than it used to be as both ears are well into the late stage of the disease. But the vertigo attacks got replaced with permanent fatigue / drowsiness / lightheadedness, and all UK GPs refuse to prescribe stimulating meds to adults because they think Im gonna overdose on them.

I recently made 2 requests to be referred to a mental health specialist because Im trying to at least get Modafilin to try which I believe would work, but they still didnt refer me. So recently I emailed adult social services because I need help with both health and housing, and I have higher rate care component of Personal Independance Payment, as well as meeting the criteria to be considered a vulnerable adult, so social services have to help me or I sue the whole world.

And they did, on social worker made phonecalls to my GP practice who called me back yesterday, so now they have 3 requests from me, and 1 from social services to frigging refer me already. If they still dont Im thinking of suing for medical neglect. Also when I went to see one of their GPs to discuss the current symptoms, all he literally did was accuse me of smoking weed. Right, because nothing but weed can cause permanent fatigue, freaking joker GPs.

Oh, and they only misdiagnosed me with 'sleep apnoea', and gave me pills that knock me out for 12+ hours. I want to swear but I think Im only allowed to say holy flying frigging frack are UK GPs useless.

I went to the doctor's yesterday because I've been having trouble hearing. He asked me to describe the symptoms. So I said "Homer's a big fat yellow dude and his wife Marge has blue hair"

I had a bad ear infection last year and had my hearing checked after it had cleared up, seems like it's pretty good for my age (57), although I have a very low rumbling tinnitus, which I think was caused by 2 years of driving 1000-1500 a week in 2002-4.

Ditto on the loud concerts though, people talk about 'going deaf' at gigs, but my wife and I literally couldn't hear anything for about 15 minutes after an AC/DC concert.

I had a series of ear infections which went from right to left & back several times over a period of about 5 months.
When it finally cleared up, i was left with permanent tinnitus in my left ear. This happened about 12-14 years ago.
Just talking about it now and my brain really focuses on it
