Anyone Recall S6 Install Impacting LiveSynth Pro?

Hi,
 
I just installed S6 on an older S5 DAW and in doing so it now impedes Sonar's ability to see LiveSynth Pro.  Now neither S5 nor S6 can load the plug-in.  It still shows up in the FX list and in the Synth Rack.   I even uninstalled and re-installed LiveSynth Pro, but still same results.
 
Anyone recollect anything along these lines or have ideas as to what might be going on??  Maybe some runtime libs installed by S6 that LSP doesn't like??
