Anyone know what's going on with JRR Shop?

I purchased Microshift from them on Monday.
Got an email Monday saying the license has to be manually generated.
Got another email on Monday asking for my ilok info - replied right away. No response.
Tuesday I sent them a follow-up email. No response
Wednesday I wrote them another email. No response
I called them Wednesday afternoon and spoke to a guy that said sales was backed up but if I emailed shipping they would fill it right away. I did this, still no reply via email.
Called and left another message today.

??? Is this normal ???

At this time, I think this is my last purchase from JRR - I never have these issues with AudioDeluxe. JRR threw out a great price, and I don't mind waiting, but I really don't like hearing NOTHING and having all of my queries ignored...

Yeah, That is not my experience with them at all. I had an issue Monday with an order and Paypal, gave them a call and they got me set right up and had Paypal issue me a refund the same day.

I do know that several of the licenses do have to be issued manually and they may be done somewhere there is a 12 hour time difference so it could take some time depending on what you get.

I have done business with them for a few years now and learned that Phone calls get things done a lot quicker than emails. In general I always get good service from JRR and Audio Deluxe.

    Purrrfect Audio DAW here.  Wow!...

    Thanks guys.

On the phone with them (again). Saying SoundToys is backed up and I should hear something today or tomorrow.

That's all fine and dandy - but why do companies not feel the need to communicate stuff like this? </minor rant>

Have to say always been very happy with Cj at JRR - found their service very good - only issue I've ever had was actually not to do with them but some slack service from the supplier / manufacturer.
