Anyone still having flakey metronome issues?

After installing the 'b' update to X1 and subsequent quickfixes (I'm on build 255 now),  I'm still intermittently experiencing the metronome not responding properly when I select / deselect the enable buttons for play and record at the top of the screen.  
 
I understand the 'b' patch for X1 was supposed to resolve this issue, however if I click the button to supposedly enable the metronome during playback, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't.  When I do encounter the flakey behavior, closing and reopening Sonar seems to resolve it for a while...
 
Anybody else still experiencing this? Or is it just me?

    I just leave them both enabled all the time, and remote control the mute button on the metronome bus.

    Yep. The metronome is messed up again.

    It randomly changes settings, but I haven't run in to the button issue, although I can believe it. I've had that problem in the past.

    I'm on build 255 also.
