Audio to midi with pitchbend
It seems that it shouldn't be that difficult for Celemony to figure out how to incorporate pitch bend in the audio to midi process. They've already done the heavy lifting.

Supposedly that was a feature of the Studio version of Melodyne, but others would need to confirm functionality.
ASUS ROG Maximus X Hero (Wi-Fi AC), i7-8700k, 16GB RAM, GTX-1070Ti, Win 10 Pro, Saffire PRO 24 DSP, A-300 PRO, plus numerous gadgets and gizmos that make or manipulate sound in some way.

This was listed in Studio 2, on the comparison table, but since they've changed the table for 4, it's not listed. I hope it's not something they've dropped, as I've ordered today from PlugInDiscouts.

Is stand-alone mode in Studio 4 the same way if you pull the MIDI from an audio file there?

As far as I can tell, there are 2 ways to transfer the midi. Drag from within Sonar, or open in Stand alone and export as a midi file and open this in Sonar. With both options all I see is note data with velocity in the the event list. No Pitch wheel data. Craig wrote here in 2014 http://www.guitarplayer.com/lessons/1014/converting-guitar-signals-to-midi-data/25356"If you want to take matters further, Melodyne Editor ($399) does polyphonic note detection, as well as MIDI conversion, a nd the multitrack Melodyne Studio ($699) has additional MIDI features, such as adding MIDI pitch-bend data for pitch drift and modulation, envelope creation, and velocity curves. However, note that polyphonic conversion to MIDI requires some work to clean everything up. Celemony has posted an informative video about extracting polyphonic MIDI data from guitars on its website’s Help Center." But I see no such options in Stand alone when creating a Midi Export. I'm suspecting it's been dropped.

Celemony confirmed, it's been dropped. "Melodyne studio 4 does not offer this feature."
