Hi all tomorrow i get my BCF2000 at last! I'm glad you guys are here to help as it sounds a bit daunting.

It may seem daunting but once you get used to it, it's fairly straightforward. Search the site for posts on the  "BCF2000" by "Blades" or see the link in my guide to his videos. That'll make set up as painless as possible.

Hi FBB, Got the BCF200 and on first power-up it was very daunting!
But after reading your guide and also watching Blades video's i had it running in Sonar in about an hour.
Many many thanks to you both.
I am stuck with one problem though, BCview.
I cant seem to get it to work.
I am running 64 bit vista and 64 bit Sonar 8.5 P.E.
The BCF is 1.10 and i downloaded and installed the 64 bit usb driver from Behringer's website, it gives me three ports and i am using port 3 with the BCF in U-3.
Any ideas why BCview is just a blank blue screen?
Regards
Pablo.

I no longer use the BCF in Mackie mode so I'm a little rusty but a couple of things to check. I'm pretty sure the first port is the one you need, assuming you are connected via USB. The other two relate to the ports on the back of the BCF.

You also need to start BCView before you start the BCF and Sonar last. Also check that you have the latest drivers, there was an issue with BCView not working in Vista which has been resolved. I skipped Vista and went from XP to 7x64, it worked fine in that. Also, stating the obvious but there needs to be a project loaded for BCView to show anything.

Let us know how you get on, I think Blades runs Vista and I'm sure he'll help out when he next checks in.

Someone can help me? i'm getting crazy i can't understand why sonar shows me this "connecting.." that never connect :(

I followed step by step the guide but without a happy ending.
I installed the drivers, set midi devices and controller/surfaces, started the bcf by holding the 4th button but...nothing!
The BCF shows me on the display the MCsO and all the faders are stuck down. I can't press any other button or move faders.

Sorry for my bad english, pleas: HELP MEEEE!!!!  :)
