I actually played bass in anger last night for the first time in 14 years. I went to see a guy about a LP Studio he had for sale and ended up standing in for their bass player at band practise. (He hadn't shown up..)

Ah, Tuesdays. Less urgent and jarring than Mondays, and less mind-numbing and disappointing than Wednesdays... The flavor of a Tuesday is more subtle, tasting faintly like a fragile hope mixed with just a hint of bitter foreknowledge. Well played, Tuesday. Well played. I may need more coffee.

Tuesdays never were fond of time travel. I should say, soon they never will have been fond of time travel. They're not at all like Thursdays. Thursdays can't wait to hop around the continuum. Giddy, obnoxious, and irritating things, Thursdays are. Fortunately, the news is always old, even when it's new. By the time you hear about it, it's already in the past. Oddly enough, that makes it predictable. Looking forward to the news is a bit like eagerly anticipating the past. In that sense, holding a past post until the future to post about past events is perfectly logical. Is the coffee ready?

So from a practical stand point, what are you supposed to do on a Tuesday afternoon? Chase the clouds away?!?! ... and what happens when Tuesday's gone? I was always under the impression that yesterday doesn't matter when it's gone.

This is interesting..... (kinda) The URL shows this as paige 1250, the last paige was definitely 1249, but the paige buttons show this as 1249 as well... http://forum.cakewalk.com/The-Im-sitting-on-shtoop-of-the-world-FRED-m2562670-p1250.aspx#3115584 and there are no paige forward buttons to move to 1250... In the past when it's had trouble displaying the new paige it at least got the paige number right once you got it to display. I wonder if the forum software has run out of paiges?
