Wait a minute again, all the tracks are already going through it, I just need to find its volume curve ...
Look at the bottom of every track in the mixer. According to the image you posted you are already sending all your tracks to the Master Bus.

God Im such an idiot. The view for the master bus in the track section was simply minimised. I just had to click on an arrow to get it open again. And its done!

Now I need to figure out how to remove the last 15 seconds of silence as I trimmed the outro down by 4 bars ....
I spotted a volume blob on one of the tracks at the original finishing point that I think was the cause of that happening.
Nope, that didnt work. Bah.

Before you export (after selecting "all"), position the cursor where you want the end to be and then use the bottom left button in the "Selection" box of the Control bar. Only the highlighted selection will export. That's a quick work around. Sometimes I find the problem in less than a minute and there have been other times where the "extra length" is caused by something that takes hours to find.
