Look at the bottom of every track in the mixer. According to the image you posted you are already sending all your tracks to the Master Bus.

You could just put a microphone right in front of a speaker.  (Easiest way I know of to get quick feedback.) . . . . . . As long as the mic has phantom power, is amped up and sent through said speaker.

My favorite composers are Scott Joplin and Frederic Chopin.
I often confuzzle their names into 'Choplin' and sound like an idiot.
