I never did buy an organ that you were helping me look for.  but it's actually a good thing because I had planned to leave it at the church and just practice on it there, but recently we left that church without notice because we couldn't get along with the new worship leader.
 
so if I had bought the organ and left it at the church I would likely have not been able to retrieve it easily.

I came home from the pub really drunk last night.

As I staggered into the living room and sat down on the sofa my girlfriend looked at me and said, "Can't you just go out and have a couple of drinks?"

"Of course I can," I replied, standing back up, "I'll just let me get my coat."

I was trying to get home in time for the football, but I was being held up by a learner driver. She was driving very slowly and kept stalling.

"Come on, you stupid idiot!" I shouted. "Get a bloody move on!"






And that's how I lost my job as a driving instructor.

I went to one of those Essex Speech therapists...
