but being the cheep barstard i yam, I only subscribe to the free channels.. I did have Amazon Prime free videos with m Prime membership, but the movies were older than dirt....

Ya...i have the 2 XS and did get it at Costco (meaning, I can return it anytime and upgrade to the newer one), but they don't seem to carry the newer 3 model (yet). Apparently, you get 750+ channels (for free??) and reviews say it's much faster (dual band).
 
I'm getting this Edimax_USB_3.0_Wifi_adapter, but my router is a wireless 802.11n router (Linksys E2500). Me thinks I'm going to have to upgrade EVERYTHING.... 

Wow...  It's not just this fred that's dead, but the whole Coffee House the last few days!  Too much heat I guess...

I'm getting this Edimax_USB_3.0_Wifi_adapter, but my router is a wireless 802.11n router (Linksys E2500). Me thinks I'm going to have to upgrade EVERYTHING.... 

It's only compliant to the ac draft which is usually FAR from finalized.  As long as you're getting this to run with n you should be ok.
 
(Besides, it's shipped and sold by 5picy Bomb, that's got to be a good thing, ya?)

I'm currently searching for ways (tips/tricks) to optimize my Linksys router so that it's getting the max speed possible. I never tweaked anything since I bought the router (just plug-n-play) and right now, it's not even close to the advertised speeds.

My family once had a Plymouth Horizon that I managed to get to exceed its advertised speed.  I don't really know how fast it was going, but I had to slow down for a while before the speedometer started to come down.

My friend's parents had a similar car (can't remember the make/model, but it looked like a bubble with glass windows all around (early 80's)) that did the same thing. LOL.....good times...

The landing gear was decent on that car, too.  When you touched down between hills, it provided the illusion of control.  I don't know if it was intended to be an off-road vehicle, but it certainly acted like it.

Picturing you driving that, is somehow reminding me of General Lee?? in Dukes of Hazzard.

...with more gravel, less style, and a lot more hysterical screaming.  Also, Daisy looked more like Boss Hog.

Is that how Daisy Duke's came about? (uhhhm not the Boss Hog one....).
 
I miss those old shows....Starsky & Hutch was a fav....
