Too hot for moi today.  Bleh...

Too hot?  This has been the most comfortable summer so far.  I bet we'll pay for it in October though.  

Well, it was 92+ outside and I was stuck in an outdoor storage unit for about two hours...  (Temperature unknown.)
 
So, yes, it was too hot for moi!

You can instantly give any statement more impact by adding the phrases "then it caught on fire," or "then the cops came."

I did the laundry today. Then it caught on fire.



You can also instantly justify ANY action, no matter how inane, by adding the phrase "ladies dig it."

I drank a bottle of Diet Coke and ate some Mentos and did jumping jacks. Ladies dig it.

Unfortunately I done nothin with it yet. The current OC is just a mobo fiffle farf preset. I can't do any real OCing until I have undisturbed time to play by myself tinker in the man cave studio. I will also be delidding (who needs a warranty).

I have a personal affection for pages 666 and 667... Though 700 was another high-light (and whereever reply 20,000 dropped in).

I also have to do all the tinkering after the little ones go to bed. My MB comes with something like 12 custom OC profiles which makes it "really easy" for a complete newb like me to OC......all I have to do is set the speed and it automatically sets up all the voltages. I've taken it to 4.7GHz just to test it out, but I didn't want to keep it there as I'm really not doing any things that need that kind of speed (X2 & light gaming).
 
I read a little about delidding......nope....not even going there. Post back on your progress.....do you use it for gaming?

I read a little about delidding......nope....not even going there. Post back on your progress.....do you use it for gaming?  

Gonna swap the GPU for something better, I think it comes with a free game, if that counts.

It will be mostly DAW and video. And taxes.
