I shared a cage with a Gene Simians once.  I couldn't get him to respond to me at all.  Nothing.  I'd ask him about his choice of makeup.  No reply.  I even told him I saw him in that cheesy Sci-Fi movie with Tom Selleck and a horde of robot spiders.  He didn't even blink.  He just sat on his branch and glared at me.
 
I shifted to get more comfortable, and my foot slipped.  I fell out of the tree and belly flopped on the ground.  Gene snorted and said, "Nice Ace impersonation."

I'm disappointed.  I thought Gene wanted to rock & roll all night and party every day.

Welcome back, M.  Yeah.  They updated our beloved forum software a few months ago.  It fixed a few things and it looks more purdy.  Some oddities "features" still remain.

The genius of this approach is in its simplicity.

I bought a postcard of page 800 with "Wish you were somewhere" written across the front.  I'll take one more pass through the gift shop before heading out.

Yes, they do grow up very quickly and I'm still amazed......(I have a 7yr old, 5yr. old, and a 3yr. old as well......). We AM are own party!!

I'm confident that this isn't your situation, Mesh; but your description of your lovely family reminds me of an old joke.  It may have been told by Rodney Dangerfield.
