I will have to pull for the Seahawks. I don't like them but I REALLY don't like Denver. So I guess I am not pulling for either team, I am just anti Broncos. I may sleep through it anyway, my wife has gotten the "redecorating bug". She is out right now, going to visit a friend who lost her husband last month and said she is going to bring home a rug for this room... my favorite room. Great live room, high ceiling, wood floors, MY CHAIR.. 52" TV... wants to move the furniture. I think I will take a Xanax before she gets back. I am not excited but, I've learned to grin and bear it. I told her to bring me a bottle of Rose's Lime mix. I have gin and vodka... Like Jerry Garcia said, (before he died) "I will survive"... LOL.
I am convinced that if it were left to men, we would live somewhere until it became absolutely toxic, then move.. to a new cave! I'm sure it will be good, it is just the change that is hard. I will draw the line at grouping the furniture in a cozy manner around the fireplace... around the TV... yeah, that might work.
The Superbowl will be a good diversion around here. I am going to buy a Soda Stream in protest, it gives me a reason to be.
Go NFC! (I really don't care who wins, I like Manning... it is Elway I really cannot stand) Going to eat Hamburgers, the store was out of wings.

Dang... I wrote a post, hit submit post and it disappeared. Oh well. It ain't worth re writing. The crux of it... the wife has decided to "Redocorate" the room today. Getting a rug, moving the furniture.. yes, I am thrilled. This calls for a party... with Xanax and alcohol. Will grin and bear it... I would pull for Denver, I like Manning but I hate Elway more than I like Manning... I don't care for the Seahawks so I will pull for the NFC. Hard to get excited about this but it will be a welcome diversion from re decorating.. uhhhhh.
I'll go along to get along but I think I will draw the line at a "romantic furniture grouping around the fireplace" around the TV... maybe!

It didn't disappear.  There's this Bermuda Triangle/alien abduction effect that crops up when we hit a new page on this thread.  We attribute it to deleted posts and--I think--the size of the thread.  It will show up after 8 posts have been made on the new page.

Maybe that was the Bapuda Triangle.  (A silly post to gain visibility.  That makes it different from all the other silly posts.)
 

I hope it doesn't affect my psyche.. I am not good at stuff like this. I have to do a lot of pretending. I feel like going somewhere else for a day or two... I want to run away (screaming) or perhaps fall on the floor and throw a tantrum. However, that is unseemly once you are 60+. Still a small child inside though... my inner hair will be on fire for sure.
Maybe I will work on that amp that, from the pics, Ampfixer told me is a deathtrap! An old 50s design with no PT and a selenium rectifier. Life on the edge... LOL.

It looks like good weather for the game tomorrow.  50 degrees during the day.  30 at night with the possibility of snow showers.

Is the redecorating or the Bapu Triangle affecting your psyche?  If it's BT, you'll be OK.  I can't speak for the redecorating, though.

After my 6 PM service I have to play for , get there about 5:15 or so, return home about 7:20.. miss a lot of the game or maybe I wont I haven't even checked the times, that's how much I kare...

I am descended from the Beauforts, form John of Gaunt and Catherine... you would think he would have left me some of his money. So QE and I have a common ancestor...I got left with the "common" part, C'est la Vie. Good series!

Quite a lineage.  I've heard good things about the show.  Sadly, I don't get Starz.  I'll have to wait for it to come out on DVD.  

I guess I'll set someone up for TOP.
