AraMark, the company that oversees dining and food services, recently revamped their operations and procedures here.They hired honest to goodness Chefs with the floppy hats and all that .
 
The food is really good, and they provide caloric and nutritional content information.

You're lucky to have some good chefs in your backyard. The rotating chefs we have over here also provide caloric & nutritional info, but I never bother to read any of it.......
