When I was a teenager, I wanted to buy a used hearse. I wanted to paint a skull and crossbones on the hood with flames on the sides and "MEAT WAGON" emblazoned across the back. Oddly enough, my parents were against the idea. They thought it might be in poor taste. I argued that it would be extremely practical since the back was already decked out with rollers on the floor for easier loading for my drums. They countered by saying that buying a vehicle that tops out a 4 miles per gallon when gas had recently crossed over the $1 per gallon barrier was stupid. 
 
Instead, I bought a '69 Buick LeSabre for $400.

I play my acoustic somewhat regularly, but that's only playing children's songs for the little ones........I played my electric during the Christmas holidays and enjoyed the Amplitube tones, but it also felt good & bad. It was really nice to be jamming again, but my fingers were sooooo weak.............soloing just wasn't as easy as it used to be......
