Speaking of lunch, I bought some honey smoked ham to top my Becan toasted samich that I serve myself with Arbys curley fries and my mustard potato salad(for dipping) and ENSURE( doc's request) with vanlilie ice cream and a coke

Worked on a song structure already.

I attempted to play bass again today. No blisters, but no better at playing either. Tried the Guitar Triller on my bass, but I need WAY more practice before I can use it for anything (other than practicing) 

Ok, I'm going on an exotic cruise with a record executive who owns a nice yacht.  Except for the booze and several bikini clad ladies, it should be all business!  (Hmm...  Is it still called a "bikini" when they don't wear the top?)
 
Anyway...  I'm expecting you guys to have something for him to listen to when we get back in a couple of weeks!  Well, at least after I take some time off to recover that is.
