Today I ate a footlong subways sub and later two (individual size) apple pies.
 
Thats my entire food for the day, Im sure its still <1500 calories in total.

.....or instead......you can ration out the sub and pies so that it will be spread throughout the day and eat the cucumber/walnuts in between meals? A bit of moderation?

Well I ate the sub at the restaurant when I went for an appointment, and then the pies for my sweet tooth addiction. Im not good at rationing, I eat all the food / cakes in one go.

To help me with motivation, I finished writing a draft email to Leeds university begging to let me onto one of their MAs in Music (there are two suitable ones I would like to do one of) as I do not have a 2.1, but have an extensive background and super high self taught skills in music but with a lame ordinary degree.
 
Now its just awaiting the completion of my current track.

I have a logitech G700s with a lock button for the scroll wheel. Clicking on it = infinite scrolling with one flick of the wheel, so these quote trains are fun.

I also have a g700......love it! (not necessarily for scrolling, but DAW and gaming). 




One problem is I have all my profiles set for different games, and now I have no forward and back button on the mouse :(

No, corsair K70, though I also have an old sidewinder on the downstairs backup / family PC.
 
I got a £30 micro ATX case, £28 8 Gb ram, £50 Pentium dual core, and £70 micro H170 motherboard with an old PSU and SSD for when my mega PC dies.

I have prescription tablets to induce deep sleep, but I dont take them much because they also cause the worst possibly imaginable nightmares, and even have a side effect warning about it.
 
But they cause full brain and muscle relaxation and induce a long lasting state of sleep paralysis after which waking up feels so amazing and more replenishing than imaginable.
 
But seriously, bad acid trippy nightmares are bad.

One of my grandads did that with maybe 5-10 the amount of whiskey though, he died around 85 and his last few years of life were misery.
