Owner: Well, of course it was nailed there! If I hadn't nailed that parrot down, it would have nuzzled up to those bars, bent 'em apart with his little pecker, and VOOM!
Mr. Praline: "VOOM"?!? Mate, this parrot wouldn't "voom" if you put four million volts through it! He's bleeding demised!

“Faulty Towers” Season 3 “The Petulant Frenzy” (2012)

Starring…
CakeAlexS… as Basil Fawlty
Scook… as Manuel
SuperG… as Polly Sherman
John… as The Major
Bub… (Cameo roll only) as an unfortunate houseguest unaware of how childish the owners and staff are.

Extended cast members…
Bristol_Jonesy… as Sybil Fawlty (as requested)
FastBikerBoy… as The amiable Chef Terry
Jeff M… as Miss Ursula Gatsby  one of the two mostly inseparable and slightly scatty elderly spinsters
John T… as Miss Abitha Tibbs the other mostly inseparable and slightly scatty elderly spinsters
GlennP… as Manuel’s Pet Hamster

This first episode of the new season starts off benignly enough when basil (CakeAlexS) starts a new thread to tell everyone information (Pro channels and VST scanning) that everyone else has already figured out for him/herself or have read in previous treads.

A harmless houseguest, (Bub) explains the truth not realising at the time that basil will explode into a petulant Frenzy.

Manuel (Scook) tries in vain to explain to Basil that the houseguest, (Bub) is indeed correct and receives a classic “poke in the eye” for his efforts.

Polly (SuperG) tries a logic and commonsense approach with Basil. Which is a total waste of time

Manuel (Scook) one again steps in to explain and get poked in the other eye, while Basil explains to everyone present that it’s O.K. because he’s from Barcelona.

The Major (John) starts to say something incomprehensible, so Basil simply pours him another sherry.

Meanwhile Manuel’s Pet Hamster, (GlennP) sits in his cage and wipes away tears of laughter, as he realises how futile it is for humans to try and communicate with equanimity on a forum.
